The mother-daughter duo of Connie Cullivan and Kathryn Smith founded Pearls in a Pod after the birth of Kathryn’s twin daughters. Now, in between naptime and playdates, the duo hunts all over the world for unique pieces from reputable designers and creators just for you.

Throughout her pregnancy, Kathryn had referred to Constance and Victoria as her "peas in a pod." As the business began to take shape, the ladies felt the name should signify the closeness of mothers and daughters, and the kinship between women who share similar ideas and values. This was a fitting tribute to the two new additions to the family. That's how we became Pearls in a Pod!
